Welcome to the UCLA Space Inventory website. This website is designed to allow users to easily view information and graphics about UCLA's owned and leased buildings and other points of interest such as named courtyards and outdoor recreation areas. It is maintained by Facilities Management's department of Space Inventory Services. As of July 2006, this website displayed information relating to approximately 27,000,000 gross square feet of space in more than 400 on and off campus buildings. The site includes the following features: Campus Map - a map of all buildings on the UCLA campus along with selected buildings in adjacent Westwood Village. Users can click on a building or point of interest to view a photograph and information about it. Users with appropriate account credentials may also drill down to floorplans and room level detail and may submit requests to update their data. Maps & Files - a selection of campus maps and other files, some of which are suitable for printing. Reports - a collection of reports about UCLA's physical facilities. Casual users may access summary reports. Users with appropriate account credentials may also access reports with detailed information about departmental assignments, utilization, square footage and occupancy. References - room use codes, description codes, a glossary of space inventory terms and other information to assist in interpreting space data. Links - A listing of links of use to space managers.
